Yanic Nys presents a new series of his typical bright mixed media paintings. In the layers of acrylic paint you will find subtle art deco elements, palm trees and graphic elements or photographic close ups of sexy women.

Some paintings are finished with a thick mirror-smooth layer of high-gloss resin. Other paintings are kept rough with thick layers of paint and collaged or transferred elements. These elements ensure that the paintings have a very graphic style, despite the rather rough painting technique.
