For each exhibition, Patrick Selinger works from one theme. Often the subject forces itself on him this way, spontaneously and intuitively. The artist then looks looks for a style to depict that theme accurately.

With this exhibition, Patrick Selinger also shows a new development in his work: the style has a subjective and objective character. Like monochrome paintings, the works hang on the wall, finely and carefully framed. At the same time, they look like decorative objects, designed by a designer. They attract and they keep their distance.

The austerity is striking. Sparse and silent is this golden bullet. An exhibition without comment.
